 01  How can I make a payment?

If you have  signed up for our recurring services, make sure we have your full name address and email, your bill should arrive the 1st or 15th of every month depending when your service began. IF you are trying to make a one time payment, similarly a bill will be sent to your email or contact Freddy at (541)650-1633 to pay with a debit or credit card.

 

 

 02  Do you not pick up dog poop?

Our apologies but currently dog poop picking is not part of our service, we request that you pick up after your puppies prior to our scheduled service day. we can recommend local services depending on your zone, feel free to contact us for more information.

 

 

 03  Do you fertilize lawns and plants?

​

We will fertilize your lawn and plants as needed depending on the season if your package cover such service, otherwise we will contact you as needed.

 

 

 04  When will my service start?

Please contact our office or Freddy at 5416501633 for exact dates and deadlines.

 

 

 

 05  Can I pause my service for winter?.

 

​Yes, you may stop your service on winter but after service resumes: Your service price may go up if we raised our prices, service will be charged per service day, we may not be responsible for the fertilizing and pruning if any was scheduled for winter and a clean up fee may occur if property becomes overgrown.
